This topic I dedicate to Pan Nalin, a young and promising Indian director that showed me what Indian film may be and revived my love to cinema.

Nalin, a self-taught filmmaker, was born in a remote village in Gujarat, India. The richest thing his family gave to him was his spiritual upbringing.

His two major productions are I've seen are the films Samsara (2001) and the latest masterpiece Valley of Flowers (2006). Both movies have some prize recognition and let me assure you that Pan Nalin is not commercial in any sense. He has made documentaries too.

Actually his productions are small worlds where human fates interweave in curious, fantasy ways while obeying Indian Buddhism's laws in the majestic heights of the Himalayas.

A beautiful movie and a nice story about Silk Route... Mylene Jampanoi and Milind Soman look really cute. I found an interview with Mylene on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnzURHk3YyU) and tried to find with Milind too but I couldn't. After the shooting of the film they got married... The film story contined in the reality.
