Well if we draw a parallel between a real world computer game and our perception of Life itself as a game we may find out astounding similarities.
To start from the beginning – a real world in a computer game is created by making a 3D model, created by computer graphics with particular design. In our real world our physical world is composed of some scientifically defined and very firm rules and objects – take for example all the physical laws and the set of elementary particles, building our Universe.
Also in our Universe there is the set of rules which help Life appears and maintains naturally – a property that is to be explained but that creates opportunities for the game evolution.
The question here is can we add to the set of physical rules also a meta level – some rules that explain the implicit workings of our Universe or at least the connection between subjective experience and objectivity. And is there a gameplay scenario we are following or is it a random and not predefined game?
Actually we need to be able to explain how is our personal character making his game interaction though conscious choices? And therefore what is consciousness itself – a property of the Quantum game or a property of the real players which is us?
They say that all of Universe itself is created by information – something like a program created by programming code, defining what is where and how it interacts with its environment. So maybe our World is really a kind of a Quantum Game, set to look and feel as a realistic computer simulation.
And we may wonder what is its purpose then? Who was it created by and who are we, the participants in this Ultimate Game
