7-Day Easy Refund Guarantee

Customers are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the artwork. To initiate a return, the artwork must be:

• In its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by the authenticity certificate and invoice
• Shipped back safely using the return instructions provided by our team

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Request a Return

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To maintain the exclusivity and safety of our high-value art pieces, Cash on Delivery is available only for select entry-level paintings. Eligibility will be clearly mentioned on product pages. All premium and collector’s edition artworks require prepaid purchase to ensure secure handling and verification.

Exceptions & Notes

• Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for return or refund.
• Damages caused by mishandling post-delivery are not covered.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
• On purchase of artworks above ₹10000, we will be dealing with the customer personally and assist them over the entire delivery process, till feedback. There is no chance of fraud or fake promises and if needed can be taken under scrutiny and legal measures. But that will never happen as This is not fake.

1. One-of-One Artwork Policy

All artworks listed on Mindevo.co are created as one-of-one originals — never reprinted, never mass-produced. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these are final artworks intended for personal and private collection. We recommend reviewing all product details, sizes, and framing options before placing an order.

2. Fulfillment Partners

We work with trusted print and logistics partners — Gelato and Printrove — to fulfill our artwork with museum-grade quality standards. Each partner is carefully selected for their expertise in secure handling, global shipping, and art-grade printing where required.

Depending on the artwork and your location, your order may be processed through either of these partners. All artworks are handled with care and shipped with insurance when eligible.

3. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final on premium and collector’s edition artworks. These pieces are made individually, with no duplicates, and we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or significantly defective.

• Our 7-Day Easy Refund Guarantee applies only to entry-level artworks (as clearly marked). Refunds are issued only if:
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Artwork is returned in original condition with packaging & certificate.
• The issue is not due to customer's handling or misuse.

We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet these conditions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is only available for select entry-level paintings. All premium or international orders must be prepaid. COD availability will be clearly mentioned on the eligible product pages. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders suspected to be non-serious or placed without intent to purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally, with most artworks fulfilled via Gelato or Printrove depending on geography and medium. Shipping times vary by region, typically ranging from 5–12 business days. All tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party logistics are outside our control but we will support resolution wherever possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artwork, photography, branding, and writing — is the intellectual property of Cornerstone Enterprise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any material without express written permission.

7. Order Eligibility & Acceptance
