Temple of Thought — Shipping Policy

 


 

1. Production Time

 


All artworks are produced on demand.

Production timelines typically are:

 

  • 2–5 business days for unframed prints

  • 3–7 business days for framed prints or specialty formats

 


Production time may vary based on order volume, material availability, and regional manufacturing conditions.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Time

 


Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and the nearest production facility.


Estimated delivery windows:

 

  • India: 4–9 business days after production

  • International: 7–18 business days after production

 


These are estimates, not guarantees. Local courier limitations, weather, or customs inspections may cause delays.

 


 

 

3. Multiple Fulfillment Locations

 


We work with a distributed network of print facilities.

Your order will be fulfilled at the location closest to your shipping address to reduce delivery time and carbon footprint.


Depending on the products ordered, items may arrive in separate shipments.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Costs

 


Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

 

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Package weight/size

 


Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

 


 

 

5. Tracking

 


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate depending on the courier.

 


 

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 


For international orders:

 

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs processing can extend delivery time

 


Temple of Thought has no control over these charges.

 


 

 

7. Failed Deliveries

 


If a package cannot be delivered due to:

 

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

 


…the courier may return the item to the production facility.

Re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

 


 

 

8. Lost or Missing Shipments

 


If your shipment appears lost:

 

  1. Contact us at curator@templeofthought.art

  2. We will open an investigation with the fulfillment and courier teams

  3. If confirmed lost, a free replacement will be sent

 

 


 

 

9. Damaged Shipments

 


If your order arrives damaged:

 

  • Notify us within 7 days

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

 


We will provide a replacement at no cost.
