TEMPLE OF THOUGHT — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Temple of Thought.


By accessing or purchasing from our website or print-on-demand store, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

 

 

1. Overview

 


Temple of Thought offers:

 

  • Fine-art physical prints

  • Made-to-order framed and unframed artworks

  • Print-and-ship products created by our fulfillment partners

 


By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to comply with all Terms, Policies, and applicable laws.

 

 

 

2. Eligibility

 


To purchase from Temple of Thought, you must:

 

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping details

  • Not violate any local, national, or international laws when using our services

 


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

 

 

 

3. Physical Print Orders

 


 

3.1 Made-to-Order Production

 


All prints are created on demand, specifically for your order.

Because of this production method, returns are accepted only if:

 

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print quality is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

 


Evidence (photos of the print + packaging) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


 

3.2 Cancellation Window

 


Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

After production or fulfillment begins, cancellation is not possible.


 

3.3 No Returns for Personal Preference

 


We cannot accept returns for:

 

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Color or tone differences due to screen calibration

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Minor variations inherent to print-on-demand processes

 

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

 


All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.


Temple of Thought may:

 

  • Modify prices

  • Update product availability

  • Add or discontinue products anytime

 


Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways.

Temple of Thought does not store full payment card information.

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

 


 

5.1 Artist Copyright

 


Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

 

  • Temple of Thought retains full copyright to all artworks

  • Purchasing a print does not grant copyright ownership

  • Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or digitized for distribution

  • You may display the purchased physical print personally or decoratively

 


 

5.2 Prohibited Uses

 


You may NOT:

 

  • Create new prints intended for resale

  • Scan or digitize the artwork for distribution

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Use the artwork for commercial branding, marketing, or merchandise

  • Train AI models using the artwork’s image

 


Breaches may result in legal action.

 

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 


Physical orders are shipped through our print partners and courier networks.

Shipping times vary based on your location.


Temple of Thought is not responsible for:

 

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties, taxes, or local charges

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

 


If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the carrier and issue a replacement once officially confirmed lost.

 

 

 

7. Incorrect Address Policy

 


If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

 

  • Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address

 

 

 

 

8. Account & Data Security

 


You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromised devices or passwords.

 

 

 

9. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

 


Temple of Thought actively monitors fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Submitting false damage claims or chargebacks may result in:

 

  • Cancellation of ongoing and future orders

  • Permanent account ban

  • Legal action

 

 

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 


Temple of Thought is not liable for:

 

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Courier or fulfillment partner delays

  • Third-party system failures

  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

 


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

 

 

 

11. Changes to Terms

 


We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
